Return and Refunds

At Jalonature, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items, we follow strict hygiene-based return policies to maintain product safety.


Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Skincare products

  • Makeup & cosmetics

  • Beauty tools used on skin

  • Opened, used, or unsealed items

Once shipped, these products cannot be restocked for safety reasons.


Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

We may accept returns only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If your item is delivered damaged, leaking, broken, or unusable, we will replace or refund it.

You must provide:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged item

  • Your order number

2. Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it.


Return Window

You must contact us within:

  • 7 days of receiving your order for damaged/defective claims

  • 14 days of receiving an incorrect or missing item

After this period, we may not be able to assist.


Return Process

  • Email us at info@jalonature.com
  • Provide your order number + photos/videos of the issue
  • Our team will approve the return if eligible
  • We will send instructions for replacement or refund
  • Do not ship items back without approval unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours


Multiple Shipments & Returns

Because orders may ship from different fulfillment centers, each product may have different return requirements. Our team will guide you based on your specific order.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if the product does not suit your skin type.

  • Customs fees are non-refundable.

  • Refused packages due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refunds.
